1. Definitions
Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings defined here:
- "Damri AI" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" — refers to the online AI development school operating at 156 Bang Lamphu Lane, Phra Nakhon, Bangkok 10200, Thailand.
- "Service" — refers to all online courses, learning materials, mentor feedback, and related educational resources provided by Damri AI.
- "User" / "You" — any individual who enrolls in, accesses, or uses the Service.
- "Content" — all text, video lessons, code examples, exercises, assessments, and materials made available within the Service.
- "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, forming the entire understanding between you and Damri AI.
- "Course" — a structured learning programme offered by Damri AI, currently including Understanding AI, Machine Learning Basics, and AI Application Building.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By completing enrollment in any Damri AI course, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Thai law.
- You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
- You consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not enroll in or access the Service.
3. Service Description
Damri AI provides structured online learning programmes focused on artificial intelligence and related disciplines. Our current course offerings are:
Understanding AI
A 7-week introductory course. Includes recorded lessons and mentor feedback. Price: ฿1,470.
Machine Learning Basics
A 10-week intermediate course with weekly check-ins. Includes guided projects. Price: ฿2,910.
AI Application Building
A 13-week applied course with milestones and a capstone. Includes mentor support. Price: ฿4,110.
Course availability may be subject to intake schedules. We reserve the right to adjust course content, duration, or structure to improve the learning experience, with reasonable prior notice.
4. User Accounts
Access to course materials requires a learner account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
- Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others.
- Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Each enrolled learner must hold their own account. We may suspend or close accounts found to be shared or misused.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Service in a respectful, lawful, and constructive manner. The following activities are not permitted:
- Reproducing, distributing, or reselling course materials without written consent.
- Sharing or publicly posting content from courses in any medium.
- Submitting work that is not your own, including AI-generated responses presented as personal study work.
- Attempting to access systems, accounts, or content you are not authorised to view.
- Engaging in conduct that disrupts or impairs the learning environment for other users.
- Using the Service for any unlawful purpose under Thai law or applicable international regulations.
Damri AI values academic integrity. Learners found to have violated these responsibilities may have their enrollment withdrawn without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including video lessons, written content, code samples, exercises, and assessments, are the intellectual property of Damri AI and are protected under applicable Thai and international copyright law.
Upon enrollment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use course materials solely for your personal study during the course period.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, sublicense, or create derivative works from any Damri AI content without prior written authorisation. Original work you produce as part of course assignments remains your own, though Damri AI may use anonymised examples for educational illustration with your consent.
7. Payment Terms
Course fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are payable in full at the time of enrollment unless a payment plan has been separately agreed in writing.
Accepted Payment Methods
Bank transfer, credit or debit card, and other methods as communicated at the time of enrollment.
Refund Policy
If you wish to withdraw from a course before it begins, a refund request submitted at least 7 calendar days before the course start date will be considered. Once a course has commenced, fees are generally non-refundable except in cases of significant service failure on our part. Requests should be directed to [email protected].
Course Deferral
In extenuating circumstances, you may request a deferral to a future intake. Deferral is subject to availability and must be requested in writing no later than 3 days before the course start date.
8. Enrollment & Course Terms
Prerequisites
Each course has stated prerequisites. It is your responsibility to ensure you meet the requirements before enrolling. Damri AI does not accept liability for unsatisfactory progress resulting from enrolling without the stated background.
Course Access Period
Access to recorded materials is provided for the duration of the course plus a reasonable review period thereafter, as communicated during enrollment. Extended access may be arranged on request.
Completion Records
Upon completing all required modules and assessments, you will receive a record of completion from Damri AI. This is an internal acknowledgement of your participation and progress, not a formal academic qualification or externally accredited credential.
Academic Integrity
All submitted work must be your own. Submitting plagiarised work, including content generated by AI tools and presented without disclosure, may result in removal from the course without refund.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure quality and consistency, Damri AI makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding:
- The completeness, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of course content.
- Specific learning outcomes, career results, or skill acquisition rates.
- Uninterrupted or error-free access to course platforms.
- The suitability of any course for a particular individual's goals or background.
Learning outcomes depend significantly on the effort, consistency, and circumstances of each individual learner. Damri AI encourages thoughtful, steady study but cannot predict or ensure specific results for any learner.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Damri AI's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the total fees you paid for the course in question.
Damri AI shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- Loss of data, opportunity, or expected benefit.
- Delays or interruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural events, government actions, or infrastructure failures.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Damri AI, its instructors, staff, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
12. Termination
Either party may end this agreement:
- By you: by contacting us in writing to withdraw from a course. Refund eligibility is as described in Section 7.
- By Damri AI: if you breach these Terms, engage in disruptive conduct, or if continuing to provide the Service becomes impossible due to circumstances beyond our control.
Upon termination, your access to course materials will cease. Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and disputes will survive termination.
13. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Thai courts.
Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution. If you have a concern, please contact us at [email protected] with a description of the issue. We will aim to respond within 10 business days.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, either party may refer the matter to mediation before pursuing litigation, in accordance with applicable Thai civil procedure.
14. General Provisions
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Damri AI regarding the Service.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Damri AI may assign its rights in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Notices: Notices to us should be sent to [email protected] or by post to our Bangkok address.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or operational practices. When changes are made:
- We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
- For significant changes, we will notify enrolled learners by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
- Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you may withdraw from any upcoming course in accordance with the refund policy in Section 7.
